Once the dough has doubled in size, take it out of the bowl and put onto a pizza pan or baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Gently start kneading your dough by holding it in the air and using your knuckles, work around the edges. Then lay it flat and start work from the middle out. Reaching the ends of the pan, creating a crust.
Parbake the dough for 5 minutes.
Take out from the oven, and spread a thin layer of sauce onto the dough. Then sprinkle both cheeses evenly overly the sauce.
Bake for 15 minutes. You can finish the pizza off on a high broil to get the cheese to bubble and brown even more.
Finish the pizza off with another drizzle of olive oil and torn basil leaves.
