Double Fudge Low Calorie Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semisweet or bittersweet
  • 1 cup nonfat Icelandic skyr or Greek yogurt
  • cup stevia
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup nonfat high protein milk like Fairlife
  • ½ cup chocolate chips any your prefer
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325
  2. In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the first 1 cup of chocolate chips for 2 minutes. With a silicone spatula, mix the chocolate chips until its smooth and entirely melted. Set aside to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Mix in the yogurt and stevia after the chocolate is no longer hot and mix well to combine.
  4. Next, add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix the batter together.
  5. Pour in the milk and stir together, brownie batter will become less dense. Add in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into a prepared 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper on the bottom. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
