Homemade Egg McMuffin

Ingredients
  • Nonstick spray
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 english muffin
  • 2 slices Canadian bacon
  • 1 slice American cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Press aluminum foil into a ramekin and spray with nonstick spray.
  3. Crack the egg into the ramekin, break the yolk a bit with a fork and season with salt & pepper to taste. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the egg is set.
  4. Toast the English muffins and set aside. Meanwhile, cook the Canadian bacon in a small pan on medium heat for a couple minutes per side.
  5. Place the cheese on the bottom English muffin and melt in a toaster oven or in the oven for a couple minutes.
  6. Assemble sandwich with 1 Canadian ham slice, the egg, and the last piece of ham, and top bun.
