Ingredients
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 single serve nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt 6 oz
  • 2 cups nonfat milk can replace for any milk you drink
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine oats, chia seeds, and cocoa powder.
  2. In a separate small bowl combine honey and vanilla extract. Pour the honey mixture into the oats and combine.
  3. Mix in the yogurt and milk and blend together. This will be soupy for now. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. The oats are ready to eat when all the liquid has been absorbed and had thickened. Serve cold and add top with a spoonful of yogurt or anything you like!
