Ingredients
  • 1 pie crust
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 apples sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp honey or apricot jam
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425. Roll the pie crust out onto the pan. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of this cinnamon sugar onto the crust.
  2. Arrange the apple slices around the pie crust in a radiating pattern, starting from the outer edge. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top of the apples.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, mix honey or jam with vanilla extract and brush it on top of tart when its finished.
