Cheesy Lemon Couscous
Servings: 4
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Israeli couscous
  • Drizzle olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 clove fresh garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
  1. Add couscous, ½ cup water, and a drizzle of olive oil to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Lower heat to low and cover pot. Cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain any excess water.
  2. Salt and pepper couscous to taste. Mix in garlic powder, fresh garlic, lemon juice, parmesan, and butter. Stir together well.
